Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth Park for the Evening Game Drive

Depart from Kampala at 6:00am for Queen Elizabeth National Park via the equator crossing for a moment of marvelous photos. Have lunch along the way. Arrive in the park for an evening game drive. We shall look for lions, elephants, antelopes among others. Arrive at the lodge and settle in for dinner and the night.

Day 2:Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest through Ishasha Tree climbing territory

Arise in time for breakfast, thereafter drive through the Ishasha sector in search for the tree climbing lions. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where you arrive in the late afternoon. Unwind in the peaceful forest side lodge as you prepare for the action filled day of Gorilla tracking.

Day 3: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After your breakfast, you will head to the park offices for pre Gorilla tracking briefing. Thereafter, the rangers will guide you through the lush forest as you search for the gorilla families.  
Gorilla tracking can take between 2 – 8 hours. During this time, you get in close proximity with the gorillas as you quietly observe these pacific primates in their natural habitat. Watch the Gorillas eat, groom and play. Packed lunch is offered during the day. Thereafter, we shall transfer you to the magnificent Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 4: Drive back to Kampala

After your breakfast, we start the 10 hour journey to Kampala. Your driver will drop you off at your hotel, marking the closure of the safari.
